"My Parents Chose Life" is now offensive?

Oh PULEEZE... no matter where you stand politically you have to see this. Some woman in a mall decided that this gentleman's "goods" in his kiosk were "offensive" and had dealings with the mall owners to get him out of there. Horribly hateful items like a baby bib with the slogan "My Parents Chose Life. Thanks Mom and Dad." GASP! I'll admit that I agree with the interviewer here that some of the stuff he was selling is just stupid and probably didn't sell much but please... what ever happened to just walking by and ignoring it? I have to do it when I go to the mall and see half naked women and tshirts with slogans that offend me all the time. Anyway, just watch: On a funny note - check out the wallet that "came with money but it somehow disappeared". That gave me a giggle.

It's not true????

Image via Wikipedia I just read this article over at the Wall Street Journal that starts out with this paragraph... Last September Sen. Barack Obama promised that under his health-care proposal "you'll be able to get the same kind of coverage that members of Congress give themselves." On Monday, President Obama repeated that promise in a speech to the American Medical Association. It's not true. Later in the article it says: The president has promised that if you like your plan you can keep it. Mr. Kennedy's bill says that too. It's doubletalk, as the consequences of nonenrollment make clear. How big a fine will you face? The bill doesn't specify or set a limit. It says the fine will be enough to "accomplish the goal of enhancing participation in qualifying coverage" (section 161). Read the rest of the article when you CLICK HERE...
